General Questions

A: We specialise in importing quality vehicles directly from Japan to Australia and Sri Lanka. We source, purchase, and arrange shipment of vehicles through Japanese auctions and exporters.

A: We only import complete vehicles, not spare parts or accessories.

A: Yes. You can request specific makes, models, years, or price ranges. We’ll search Japanese auctions and exporters to find options that match your requirements.

Import Process

A: Shipping usually takes 6–10 weeks to Australia and 4–8 weeks to Sri Lanka, depending on shipping schedules, customs clearance, and inspections.

A: Typically, you’ll need proof of identity (passport or driver’s licence), and documents for customs clearance. We guide you through this step by step.

A: We provide auction sheets, detailed photos, and vehicle history before purchase. Customers may also arrange independent inspection in Japan.

Costs & Payments

A: Costs include:

  • Vehicle purchase price

  • Shipping charges

  • Customs duty and taxes (varies by country)

  • Port handling and inspection fees

  • Compliance, roadworthy checks, and registration in your country

A: A deposit is required to secure your vehicle, with the balance due before shipping. We accept [insert payment methods: e.g., bank transfer].

A: Deposits are non-refundable once a vehicle has been purchased, unless we are unable to secure the requested vehicle.

Australia-Specific

A: Vehicles must comply with the Australian Design Rules (ADR). Some vehicles may require modifications or compliance inspections before registration.

Sri Lanka-Specific

A: Import duties, VAT, and other levies in Sri Lanka can be high and depend on the type, year, and engine size of the vehicle. Customers are responsible for all local taxes and charges.

Other Questions

A: Vehicles are sold as-is. Some exporters provide auction condition reports, but warranties are not included unless specifically stated.
