1. Our Services

  • RSN Enterprises sources, purchases, and ships vehicles from Japan to Australia.

  • We are an import facilitator, not a vehicle manufacturer.

2. Vehicle Condition

  • Vehicles are purchased as-is at Japanese auctions or dealerships.

  • Auction sheets and photos will be provided.

  • RSN Enterprises is not responsible for undisclosed defects.

3. Australian Compliance & Registration

  • Customers must ensure compliance with Australian Design Rules (ADR) and obtain import approval through the relevant schemes.

  • Costs for inspections, modifications, and registration are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Payments & Fees

  • A deposit is required to secure the vehicle, with balance due before shipping.

  • Prices exclude Australian customs duty, GST (10%), port handling, quarantine, and registration fees.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping to major Australian ports (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Fremantle).

  • Transit times 6–10 weeks (approx).

  • Risk transfers to buyer once loaded at Japanese port.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase in Japan.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we cannot secure the requested vehicle.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • RSN Enterprises is not liable for customs delays, AQIS inspections, or ADR compliance failures.

  • Liability is capped at the total amount paid for the vehicle.

8. Governing Law

  • Governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and relevant State laws.

  • Disputes resolved in [Insert State] courts.

  • RSN Enterprises sources, purchases, and ships vehicles from Japan to Sri Lanka.

  • We act as a facilitator and are not a manufacturer.

2. Vehicle Condition

  • Vehicles are sold as-is from Japanese exporters.

  • Auction sheets and photos will be provided.

  • RSN Enterprises does not guarantee undisclosed conditions.

3. Sri Lankan Compliance & Registration

  • Customers must comply with Sri Lanka Customs and Department of Motor Traffic (DMT) regulations.

  • Sri Lanka’s government may impose restrictions (e.g., engine capacity limits, hybrid bans, full import bans).

  • Compliance, registration, and emission testing are buyer’s responsibility.

4. Payments & Fees

  • A deposit secures the vehicle, with balance due before shipment.

  • Prices exclude customs duties, VAT, port charges, and registration fees in Sri Lanka.

  • Customer is responsible for paying all import duties/taxes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping to Colombo Port (or agreed port).

  • Estimated shipping: 4–8 weeks.

  • Risk transfers to customer once loaded at Japanese port.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase in Japan.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we cannot secure the requested vehicle.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • RSN Enterprises is not liable for changes in government import policies, clearance delays, or registration issues.

  • Liability is capped at the total amount paid for the vehicle.

8. Governing Law

  • Governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

  • Disputes resolved in Colombo courts.
